Above certain concentration levels, ozone is a toxic and corrosive gas. Therefore, the need to detect ozone leaks in the workplace and to measure ambient (TLV) ozone levels to meet OSHA requirements. Ozone safety analyzers and leak detectors are typically used in areas around ozone generators, gas chambers, vent gas (post-destruct) systems, gas delivery systems, and inside semiconductor tools.

IN USA offers a complete line of analyzers to measure ambient ozone and detect ozone leaks to meet OSHA requirements. Also available is a portable, battery-operated ozone spot checker that features a solid-state ozone sensor. All other models use the proven UV (ultraviolet) absorption technique to make the measurement. UV absorption is specific to ozone, provides stable readings at the low end and requires no consumables. Some models employ a patented ratiometric ozone measurement technique that pinpoints the leaks in a generator or tool cabinet.
